tucker's always been the worst of the bunch to me. hannity operates in an echo chamber, tucker likes to bring in the opposition for gotcha journalism. let's not forget he plays the same exact game on climate change. "oh you dont have a 100% answer with 100% facts, that's a shame guess i dont have to listen to anything you say or make any changes."

Yeah... one of the funny instances was where he questioned whether the US actually has 17 intel agencies, and asked his guest to name them all. He's in "question literally everything with a dumb look on my face" mode even though I could just google the answer on my phone.

What's sad is I think the idiots watching are effected by it. If Fox News suddenly thinks Russia is an ally, and NATO is bad, it's only a matter of time until the audience believes that.

Oh boy. World war 3 now hinges on the aggressive people of Montenegro and now we're suddenly paying 90% of NATO.

Oh and Laura Ingraham actually used the "he's new at this" to defend what trump did. Talk about a blast from the past, it's been nearly 2 years since they last deployed that excuse.

When are people going to get over this "But muh uraniumz" kick?

NONE of the uranium ore extracted at the sites under control of UraniumOne/ARMZ has left North America. The only things that went to Russia were the controlling stake in UraniumOne, and the profits from the mining operations thereof. The only uranium that left the United States went to Canada for processing, with the conditions that it return to the United States afterward. The NRC has issued no export licenses for any of this uranium to go to Russia (or any other country other than Canada, for that matter).

We know this. But since Russia controls it, the could sell it anywhere.
Just giving Russia (our supposed enemy) control is treasonous.

/e I posted the original article in theHill back a few pages.. It says controlling stake, etc. It explains the whole thing.
Not only was this done, it was done with ill gotten monies, which the FBI and the DOJ knew about before the deal was made.

/ee On top of everything else, this was all gone over way back in Oct 2017, when Gooms posted this, and the two follow up articles.

NO, THEY CAN'T.

From the link you obviously couldn't be bothered to read:

First, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission had to approve the transfer of two uranium recovery licenses in Wyoming from Uranium One to the Russian company. The NRC announced it approved the transfer on Nov. 24, 2010. But, as the NRC explained at the time, “no uranium produced at either facility may be exported.”

As NRC explained in a March 2011 letter to Republican Sen. John Barrasso of Wyoming, the Russian company would have to apply for and obtain an export license and “commit to use the material only for peaceful purposes” in accordance with “the U.S.-Russia Atomic Energy Act Section 123 agreement for peaceful nuclear cooperation.”

In a June 2015 letter to Rep. Peter Visclosky, the NRC said it granted RSB Logistics Services an amendment to its export license in 2012 to allow the Kentucky shipping company to export uranium to Canada from various sources — including from a Uranium One site in Wyoming. The NRC said that the export license allowed RSB to ship uranium to a conversion plant in Canada and then back to the United States for further processing.

Canada must obtain U.S. approval to transfer any U.S. uranium to any country other than the United States
, the letter says.

“Please be assured that no Uranium One, Inc.-produced uranium has been shipped directly to Russia and the U.S. Government has not authorized any country to re-transfer U.S. uranium to Russia,” the 2015 letter said.

“That 2015 statement remains true today,” David McIntyre, a spokesman for the NRC, told us in an email.

Sorry I wasn't clear. I didn't mean they could legally move it. But this is Russia we're talking about. They shouldn't ever have gotten a controlling stake, let alone gotten it illegally.
Why not give them controlling stake in some ICBM manufacturer as well.

Hell, they don't even need that. The Uranium is already IN the US. Just make a nuke, set it off.

This is RUSSIA we're talking about.

And there's the little side thing of the Clinton Foundation getting $145 mill from Russia at the time also.
