Depends. If she's doing it when she's employed with a company, or it occurred recently, then I think the employers have a right to fire them for bringing on public backlash.
However there's a limit. Where the exact line is can be discussed, but trolling from four years ago is past that line unless there's an extenuating circumstance, which this doesn't have.
