Questions from a foreigner here: why are they not counting votes? Is there any evidence of cheating on either side? And, who won, or who will most likely win?

The excuse is mostly for mail in ballots. In the meantime there are videos passing around of bussing in thousands of ballots at 4am after the polls closed without postmark dates on them.

Depending on the exact numbers it might not change anything. The way it stands now either side could win.

Each state has specific laws dictating their vote counting, including times that counting can be conducted.

for real lol? like some states say "Votes can't be counted between 3am and 6am"
