If your boss coerces you into unpaid work even though thats not the nature of the job you signed up for you can just quit and work somewhere else.

Oh, and if he refuses to pay your wage you can just go somewhere else to work and let others know he doesn't pay his workers. There's definitely no reason somebody who is desparate would work there after you just use your own money and resources to warn everybody about that guy!

no worries, after this 95% of companies will not want to take the risk to hire a troublemaker like you anyway.

They totally have zero reason to ever collude between each other to suppress wages. If that happens somebody will just snatch up all the talented employees for more money and use the advantage they have generated by drastically increasing their labor cost to crush the competition.
