well, a hyperbolic statement, as we're used to from trump. but at its core, he's totally right - no matter how his talks with putin go, the media will either critize him for being too cozy with putin/russia and that he was bought by them, or that he is a warmonger who's taking a much too hard and hostile stance and is pushing us to the brink of ww3. i dont think there's any chance for a middle ground between these two poles.

Trump hasn't even thought about extraditing the 12 Russians that were indicted by his own Deputy Attorney General?

Perhaps he is thinking about bringing the topic up later as a negotiating tactic, but I doubt it. He probably considers responding to the indictments delivered by his own DoJ as an endorsement of the Special Counsel.
