The point made about the necessary link between the intelligence/national security investigation and the criminal investigation is one of the best arguments. The intelligence community cannot adequately determine the harm done to national security without the tools available from the criminal investigation.
And, there's no shred of a credible argument as to why material marked as classified could possibly be Trump's property.
Btw, it's been a month since the search, and to my knowledge Trump has yet to assert in court that he ever declassified any of these documents. The post-hoc nonsense arguments are for his cult(hey Goom), not for a court of law.
