Nah, we just actually have to enforce union busting, get rid of right to work, and all the other shit that the government has done since Reagan to fuck over unions.

And then the persistent and ubiquitous structural disadvantages could do their work?

I can tell you're a poor who's never owned a home, or you would understand that home valuations are used for way more than just selling. Any kind of financing for your home will be dependent on the home's valuation.

Oh, and getting 2nd and 3rd opinions costs money. So you're saying you're fine with a system that discriminates and costs more to get a fair price based on race.

Adults who own property know how hindering it can be to have a home appraisal go poorly.

If indeed it was based on race then take them to court and put a word out that that company undervalues black homes. They wouldn't get a single black customer and pretty soon there would be major loss of business.
like I said its an inconvenience at best. Business is cutthroat if you are weak you going to get exploited. This isn't paradise this is real world sunshine. Crying on jsp isn't going to solve your issues.

Yeah because we didn't used to have huge swaths of the economy that refused to serve blacks.

You're just repeating talking points that have been debunked for literally hundreds of years.

the poor white man is the target of reverse racism and really doesnt have a support system that many minority groups have.

Christ was an example of this or that a smart poor white man would be hated by the world & this notion continues to date unfortunately,
because that individual is the greatest threat to the establishment's status quo or control system.

smart enough to changes things, but poor enough to avoid materialistic mind games.

Lol you think Jesus was white?? Riiiiigggghhhttt

Black and want to get a grant for business apply here

Governmentgrants > Business Grants Articles > Business Grants for African Americans

One of the basic tenets of America’s philosophy as a nation is equality across race and skin color. The country itself is a melting pot of people from various racial backgrounds and the Government, as well as private organizations, are leaving no stone unturned to promote cultural diversity and peaceful co-existence.

A large part of the racial mix of the United States consists of African American who are being encouraged to advance rapidly by utilizing the opportunities offered to them by way of business grants, education grants, Pell Grants and medical bills assistance.

BUSINESS ASSISTANCE
African American entrepreneurs are eligible for many business grants at both national and state levels. While applying for a grant, a comprehensive business plan that contains details on the organization structure, marketing strategies, growth projections, etc. is invaluable to show why your company should qualify for minority grants.

The next step would be to search for relevant government grants. Your local Small Business Association or SCORE office, library or MBDA would be ideal places to start. You could even apply for a grant online for counseling through one of the numerous websites dedicated to this cause.

EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE
Not so long ago, African Americans ranked the lowest as far as attendance in higher education establishments was concerned. Many students traditionally opted for vocational courses or two-year degree programs as compared to standard four-year courses.

However, since a little over a decade ago, with the combined efforts of various federal, state and private organizations, this disadvantaged minority group has advanced in leaps and bounds. The proof of the pudding is that our President is an a man of color.

Some of the major scholarship and grant opportunities offered to deserving African American students to obtain a higher education are:

Federal funds courtesy the US Department of Education
UNCF and NAACP Scholarships
Scholarships and grants offered by historically black colleges and universities like Howard University in Washington D.C. and Morehouse and Spellman Colleges in Atlanta.
The Ron Brown Scholar Program, the Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholarship Program and the Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund.
Federal Pell grants are available for undergraduate students coming from lower-income backgrounds.

MEDICAL BILLS ASSISTANCE
African Americans may apply for assistance to bear the costs of hospitals, prescription drugs and other medical costs through:

Agencies providing government grants
Free health care programs
Hospitals
Charities
Employers
Church and special interest groups
Thus, if you are an African American with a dream but not enough resources to fulfill it, avail of the above to give impetus to your personal and community advancement. Remember that you must meet the strict qualifications regarding household income in order to sustain eligibility for these grants.

That is my point. We wouldn’t, and don’t. Although they were oppressing Americans and fought two wars against us for control over our lives.

yes an unfair tax and slavery are a perfect comparison.

im not for slave reparations btw, but the comparison is a terrible one.

Do you know why?
Because minorities weren't allowed to go to the white hospitals charities churches etc.
We had to have our own.
Educate yourself.

If there is a system in place that actively seeking to devalue black homes then we should seek to change that. We have actual laws around this If its truly racist as you point out. Take it to court seek for damages claim.
Sounds like a shady dealer trying to make a buck. Besides its only an opinion. If you selling your house it will be put to the highest bidder anyway. The house evaluators just give indication what to expect.

Ya it's called every system ever put in place in U.S.
No system was designed for anyone but whites.

If they were all designed for whites, then why are Yellows and Jews doing so much better?
