The EU DOES care about Russia/Syria...probably more than Americans. They took FAR more refugees and depend on Russia for oil. By ourselves, we aren't the world's police. We're stronger with allies and that's why all this stuff matters.
Caring means putting your money where your mouth is. The american taxpayer who doesn't benefit at all is putting up the money while they, who supposedly care more aren't. I don't buy into this cuck ideology. I care about myself and my own. No we aren't better off by subsidizing all of the security costs of the world.

The basic premise of post-WW2 American foreign policy is that our security alliances allow countries like Japan and Germany to focus on economic growth, rather than military buildups and perpetual conflict. If Japan's security wasn't guaranteed by the United States, they would be forced to build up their military and probably acquire nuclear weapons. If American troops weren't in South Korea acting as a trip wire, there's no telling what North Korea might do. America's security alliances have allowed Europe to become united and expand eastward, which has resulted in economic growth and democratic reforms for those countries. We've created a world order the benefits us from an economic and security perspective, and I don't think we should take it for granted.
That's wonderful and all but it's time for it to end. Again, just because you've been conditioned to be a cuck doesn't mean it's a good idea. We spend 3.2% of GDP on defense while Germany spends 1.2% and Japan spends even less than that. I don't care about their economic well being i care about ours. These are rich countries and i'm not down to pay for their defense otherwise they might build up their military. People are living paycheck to paycheck here, people's wages aren't growing here. Oh! but we can prevent Japan and Germany from building their military!
... talk about lack of perspective
