Yeah it's hard to even fractionally agree with someone, as in with some but not all of their ideas, when they show even hints of racism.
In the past I found myself agreeing with some people on a valid point I read somewhere in reddit. I got down the comment chain however and realized they were spouting racist garbage. I had to back-out in disgust, and for the life of me, I can't even remember what it was that I found so enlightening there to begin with.
I wonder if it's just a couple detestable men saying that stuff or if it's indicative of the larger psyche? Either way, when a community at large fails to condemn comments that are clearly racist, it's time to gtfo of there.
