An unlawful activity cannot be permitted or licensed by the State. The Law of the land is the Common Law - Which is derived from Natural Law. Statutes, Codes, Acts and Policies have no force of law without consent. A majority decision does not legitimise an unlawful act. Force, coercion and violence are a crime even if it is the government doing it. A breach of government policy is not the same as a crime.
Legal and Lawful are the antithesis of each other. We all have a right to our own life that no other being can abrogate. To engage in a lawfully protected right can never be a crime. Consent makes the contract that makes the law. You lose lawful ownership of whatever you register with the government.
Without a victim/ injured party there is no crime. A claim unrebutted stands as fact in law.
