No, it's NOT a democracy. It's a representative govt. Illegal immigrants are just that...illegal. If we start ignoring the laws of this country, where do we stop? At anarchy?
Here's an example of WHY we are not a democracy...

Is that what I am asking for? even though we have talked about this countless times?
am I asking for anarchy by wanting the poor and abused to be treated less harshly? does that call for compassion also require me to support an open border?
am I asking for anarchy by wanting a reasonable path for citizenship for those that are already established and working here (without any trouble) and part of our communities? is that a call for anarchy?
You like tough law enforcement but are you consistent? Do you want all the laws that are already not heavily enforced every single day at the discretion of local and higher authority to be heavily enforced?
Do you want that same book thrown at all? We tried versions of that with the drug war and enforcing it almost entirely on our poor
My position is consistent. I want less poor people abused by power, less abused mistreated by power, I want us to be reasonable which I do not think my views fall outside of
If you are consistent on your view it will lead to a whole lot of locked up white Americans, broken families, and destroyed communities that are already struggling
Are you consistent?
