Wait, so you're saying that Kyle, who broke down under friendly questioning by his own attorney is somehow in the wrong because he told his story, which race guy refused to do?

The question I'm after: Why is life without parole on the table for Kyle?

He was 17 walking into the incident. Far from being a mature adult. Yet
he is threatened to spend the remainder of his days behind bars. Being 17 means
there's still room for educating someone to the better of himself..

This a European point of view, I know opinions based on American law stan-
dards will most likely differ
