Portland, yesterday. Patriot Prayer had a permitted demonstration, Antifa showed up and it instantly turned into a riot after the fireworks were thrown as you can see. Then police broke it up and ended the event. A few injuries, one serious but none life threatening, three nonserious. Not sure if any actual arrests, police said 4 arrests were made on folks from either side on previous warrants unrelated to saturdays event

The other viral video from the event was one antifa guy taking a couple failed strikes at a patriot prayer guy with some kind of baton or pipe, only get to deflected and slugged in the kisser and go down and get dragged away unconscious. Possibly the 'serious injury' above, idk

the longer I think about it, the more I believe that I struck gold when I cointed the phrase "free speech is hate speech" a couple of days ago to describe the contemporary far left.

if two large groups of civilians are protesting for diametrically opposed goals, like it was the case with the Charlottesville protests, this might be true.
but not when paramilitary antifa scum is out to use violence in order to disrupt and end a protest that they dont agree with.
