Yes, you can hit your wife, and you can even have reasons, but what I can't do is try and tell you whether your reasons are "right" or not. I can only try and determine whether you would be held legally reprehensible in a court of law.

Royal protocol and the King's law is clear, Celestine is legal property of Prince Wilhelm and he's free to skullfuck her at his leisure. Not only that, he may have a valid claim to damages against the person solely responsible for the actions of Celestine, her father, for the defective property he received.

Holding them accountable is not the same as being judgemental. When somebody has many other avenues and then chooses violence, they are responsible for the violence. It's really not a hard concept.
