I just ate a whole large pizza, with dry crushed millennials sprinkled on top.

Yeah, I'm just saying it can be reduced to far less than $100/m (which kinda means its not negligible, that's a good amount of $ that person is saving). Ofcourse this depends on the person and their frugality, but yeah I see what u are saying

Broke peons.

I spend 500~ a month on groceries easily. It's a joke compared to my health insurance which is double that (more). Try not being broke. The talk of 50k homes is also a laughable joke. My home was 2 mill and it's really not all that great.

I used your top link (pdf) for the avg. cost of a home in the US, and this link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Average_Indexed_Monthly_Earnings Because your bottom link is all xls files. Which I can't read.

Summation...

1980 avg yearly: 12K ....avg cost of home: 75K ...is 6.25x the yearly salary

2010 avg yearly: 42K ....avg cost of home: 255K ....is 6.07x the yearly salary

So, it's actually a tad better now than it was in 1980.

You need to understand, I didn't have to look this info up. I lived through it. But I looked it up anyways.

As for Canada or other locations, I have no idea how it works out.

In 1980, a larger share of couples / married couples consisted of a male breadwinner and stay at home mom. With more wives in the workplace, homes in 2018 are more like 3x the annual household income. Its extremely financially beneficial to be married and pool 2 incomes nowadays.

If you spend a thousand dollars a month on health insurance you are getting ripped off, i am full covered for literally everything, if i get an injury that stops me from doing my job and have to get another job i will get paid my current wage for LIFE, and i still only pay about $480 a month.
I would never pay 2 million dollars for a home, would rather just pay interest and put that money to work elsewhere.

LOL. Some defense. I hope you're no ones lawyer.

/e On a side note: 3 months and 5 days with absolutely no ciggs. That's after smoking 2 packs a day for 40 years.

Meanwhile those ciga cost you more than a boomers starbucks and avocado toast.

I don't have a "job."

Jobs are for peons.

It's not difficult to get a line of capital to purchase or build a business.

There are books in every public library in America that will teach you exactly what to do.

Every day you go to work, you get ripped off.

I am making great money doing very little, I already own a business also.
You will be broke in no time with your outlook.
