Well, can we come down to discussing the likelihood for each (attempted) homicide charge to be counted as self defense?

1) Joseph Rosenbaum: Charged at him viciously. Grabbed for his gun. I find it likely the jury will assess this has been self defense.

2) Anthony Huber: What about him? He's the unknown for me.

3) Gaige Grosskreutz: Outright admitted Rittenhouse defended himself when a gun was pointed at him . This one should be ruled
as self defense without any doubts.

Grosskreutz acting dumb doesn't mean Kyle will walk free. What about the other two (serious) charges? Would like to hear your
thoughts.

My previous still stands, Im' actually about to change my position on the Possessing a gun under the age of 18 to not guilty.
This would mean off on all charges on my side.

My honest prediction as of this moment is acquittal on all charges other than weapons possession.

I know what I believe in that regard, but given it's a scary AR, I'm 50/50 on it being hung on that charge, vs guilty. I do not believe he will receive an acquittal on that charge.

So the defense lawyer knows more about interpolation algorithms than the prosecution's expert witness
jesus christ

He doesn't know how a bicubic, bilinear or nearest neighbor algorithm works. I knew how these algorithms worked before I ever used photoshop. Its fucking basic
He even drew a god damn picture of it on a white board

This is a minor charge, however. I would like to hear the logic on why Anthony Huber wasn't intentional homicide.

Anthony Huber smacked Kyle 2 times in the head with a skateboard and reached for his gun to disarm him before Kyle shot.
That was the easy one.

Are we completely certain that Kyle wouldn't have been secure if he had shot Joseph and Anthony in their thighs?

That's not how self-defense works.
You shoot until the target is no longer a threat.

Shooting once, pausing then shooting again would show intent or thought inbetween shots, not defense.
That's why in a self defense situation, you ALWAYS mag dump/neutralize the threat.

Kyle has never waivered from " I shot until the target was no longer a threat"

This is such bs
Nobody has mentioned even the most obvious stuff like "Resize it along integer scales"
You can have a 2x, 3x, 4x image that is completely identical to the original, without adding or removing pixels, just changing the pixel size

However, one would always assess whether the means you chose to defend yourself were appropriate.

Imagine I'd steal a pen from your desk and you'd observe me and shoot me to retrieve it, this would
exceed what is tolerable as self defense, wouldn't it?

Shooting until the target is no longer a threat does not always mean killing someone. If I were a mem-
ber of that jury I'd try to figure whether Kyle had no opportunity left other than killing twice.

This is all the prosecution has.
Trying to trick the jury and the judge into seeing something they do not.
