I think that is a middle ground fallacy of sorts, giving false legitimacy to a particular segment of the conspiracy platform because it perhaps less radical than the others.

It's funny because Gloria Allred was the attorney offering 500K for someone to accuse Trump of sexual abuse. Later she was offering less but to more people to claim sexual abuse to anyone running for any Republican office.

Here she is promising to levy sexual assault charges on Trump's SC nominee, "once the nominee is announced".
