How the hell can he know if what somebody else did was inadvertent? Not only was it somebody else who did it, but it was also a mistake when that guy did it. Two levels of excuse makes it seem worse.


Presumably he had some kind of correspondence with the person who did it.

There was one mistake made by a staffer. Its very evident from following his social media that he isn't the one posting, a fairly normal practice. Mostly promoting links to libertarian articles written by other people.
