ok i think i figured out the strategy.

Basically, Trump has from now until Dec. 14 to challenge/litigate something. Every day that the results go unannounced is 1 more day that the train doesn't get rolling because no one "knows" that he has lost. So by waiting to announce the nail in the coffin, they shorten the window he has to work with.

Joe Biden's victory was never in doubt. Trump is a sore loser.

I especially like Nevada. The percentage of estimated votes counted, keeps going UP, but the "number" of votes counted hasn't changed by even one vote.
