Seems solid so far.

being argumentative and clearly biased while providing commentary isnt a very good thing, imo. being argumentative like Gingernolist was was ok, because it was directed at specifically how the DAs office treated him.

Binger attempted to insert words into his mouth. He rebuffed. Went well imo.

and you're not a juror who needs to be swayed. or even a person who could be swayed.

im not inserting my own opinion, im evaluating how it could affect the jury. i dont see those argumentative "i didnt make anything" type responses as anything but a potential negative. this guy isnt going to convince jurors it was a violent riot if they're too dense to see that already.

Sorry for the double post, but honest question: If Kyle is acquitted, can he be charged with Constitutional/Human Rights violations by the Federal Government?

To the best of my knowledge, he'd be cleared of all such charges by the acquittal. Doesn't this hit double jeopardy violation? Are there any bar-certified lawyers here who actually know the answer to this question?

I can certainly be swayed. The Arbery case is a great example. Swaying me is based on evidence. The evidence here simply hasn't contradicted what I'd already seen, it's enforced it.

I've served on jury duty, have you? I approach each of these cases exactly the same as I did then, with a completely open mind. It doesn't matter what I think I know beforehand.

Oh, and thanks for preventing me from double posting.

Probably, the Fed can do what they want when they want.
All they have to do if they really want it is to play the most confusing mental gymnastics performance that no one would contest it.

Think of a basic flip floppy argument on here where you literally have to babysit peoples arguments and look back because their so full of trash, then magnify that x1000000
Any sane person would just give up and ignore it.

ive been dismissed both times i was called because i have a BS in criminal justice and background in the prison system.

oddly tho the entire legal panel on that stream agreed that the witness was doing no good and potential harm.

as to federal charges, what charge?

Well, I'm certainly glad that our government officials are allowing the judicial process to play out.

I heard what the panel said. From the perspective of a juror, I simply disagree. Judgement call there, not a legal call. Your take is well noted, however, I'm very open to being wrong.

I don't know, there are rumors of potential federal charges against Kyle Rittenhouse. It's nothing but hearsay. I'm merely looking for what the legalities are if there should be a complete acquittal.

IANAL, but i fail to see what if any federal charges there could be.
