Great growth, not the best pay, but it is a very high stress environment so if you're into chewing aspirin for chest pain, wrestling psychotic people, and bureaucratic clusterfucks (and don't forget malingering patients in your face wanting a new apartment job spouse psychiatrist with no time or work on their end involved) then social work is probably for you.
Or you can make iced skinny caramel machs with an architect degree
