As of this time, I am recounting what I have heard and read. Without seeing the active charges pressed released by the court, I can point you to Kenosha News (I think kenoshanews.com?) regarding the fact that the case against Dominick Black is a strawman purchase case.
I have very little against anything you've posted. For the same reason I continue to post the link to a livestream of the trial (with lawyers commentary):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=STlOy99RWk0 is the same exact reason I'm going out of my way to correct anything you post that the case has shown is false.
I'm merely seeking to limit the spread of misinformation. For folks such as Crunkz, that's not possible. He doesn't care about facts, so it's easier to ignore what he says. You seem genuine, so I'm merely attempting to correct the record. :)
That's perfectly okay, your approach should be the norm for situations like this and I appreciate the sentiment. I'm not far on either side of the aisle but I think when people don't challenge things, regardless if it's against their belief, then you have yourself a problem. I appreciate the response and if you do find anything else, please feel free to tag or respond to me and I'd read it.
I can see how my original statement was taken out of context considering everyone was discussing specifically Kyle Rittenhouse's current trial and my statement was relatively bland (although I find it true in the situation of how everything came about to begin with, my opinion, pish posh) but was under the impression that the person obtaining it for him was illegal, although he didn't receive the charge.
Again, many thanks for your approach and information.
