I have read a lot of islamic literature, can you point to the hadith that states this?
Any abrahamic religion are considered to be people of the book and protected under islam.
Of course plenty of fanatics ignore this just like how christian fanatics pretend the bible tells them gay people are an abomination despite it not saying that anywhere.

In western countries it would have no effect or purpose, in islamic countries they would be killed.
No point, look up gays against islam if you want to see lgbt groups that oppose islam.

I personally know gay muslims, would you say they are anti lgbt?
Once again you are lying.
Now if every muslim was as you stated a fanatic hell bent on killing all non muslims, we would already all be dead, period.
