Some libertarians believe this, some don't. You guys aren't a monolith and there are libertarians who believe in the enforcement of property rights more strongly than you.

So, do you think that this pic proves he was guilty and deserved it?

Besides, his guilt of burglary is irrelevant anyway. The McMichaels didnt witness him committing burglary, nor did anyone else btw, and therefore had no legally valid justification for attempting a citizen's arrest.

Honestly, I'm getting tired of all the "oh someone picked on a black guy crap. People get killed all the time. We don't get to hear about or see most of them, because there's no possibility of selling the story.

But let a black guy get shot or killed, etc., it's all over the front pages of every media source available.

and you're arguing yourself because previous to mugshots being taken of the McMichaels the media was running a nice father son photo they had with them smiling and happy.

then again did u even have a point in the first place? nope. just more hackery to back up your hate for black people and jumping to the conclusion that this was a justified killing that even a thorough murder case wont shake.
