What sense of the word liberal are you asking about? Whats the platform to be compared against?
The term has been reused and repurposed throughout the years
There is tons of overlap with classical liberalism.
I'm radically against prohibition and for legalization, not 'vaguely' pro pot.
yes very against police abuse, and against the enforcement of victimless 'crimes', against CAF, etc.
Not much overlap with the neomarxist authoritarian type of 'liberal' tho
in my head i thought you were a non-smoker in favor of legalization, that was the "vague" bit rather than meaning noncommittal.
the cop bit, especially with victim-less crime enforcement was a gimme point for any libertarian id say. i have yet to hear a libertarian argument for tough on crime enforcement (as compared to say the split over abortion).
Mainly though, i don't consider you a shill for republicans, i consider you a republican who justifies your positions based on the NAP. I know u hated johnson and are not a fan of most socially focused libertarians. I think this exemplifies one of the issues libertarians have though, many libertarians are just republicans with a principle driven ideology rather than a religious one or one that blindly follows doctrines. Which leaves behind the left leaners, and come time to vote neither of the groups can count on each other to vote for the party like either of the big 2 parties can.
