USaid is officially dissolved (all staff fired, the agency exists in name only). They probably have offshore accounts to keep going for some time but they budget is going to dry up quickly.

I wonder how many older retired Trump supporters enjoy the benefits of Medicare and Medicaid.

Usaid was like .002% of our entire national budget. Trumps trip to daytona speedway with the limo tank to do a single lap of the track cost more than we spend on usaid in an entire year.

0.02% of 37 trillion is a lot and the amount is not the point. A rogue agency meddling inside the US politics with the taxpayer money was shut down.

What does international mean?

It doesn't matter. A government agency meant for foreign activity interfering with the elections in inland and starting a witch hunt after a president candidate cannot be allowed to exist. I would classify it as an act of treason and even prosecute the ones responsible.
Trump is most likely on a revenge spree. Saving money comes as byproduct.
