Charger size makes a huge difference. The 6.2 is actually the best for performance, albeit the 6.4 being larger and more reliable.

Imho the idea to reduce magazine seems ridiculous considering the quantity already available on market & black market. And how it's easier to manufacture, even with 3d printer ?
Yet it can theorically only help in some rare cases of mass shooting in dense room if the shooter didnt prepare himself enough.

For (from my count) once I agree with you 100%. There would be nothing wrong with testing and even some sort of formal training required.

Although permits would need some concrete and consistent rules on how they administer them. New York is an example of how permit requirements hold most people back from obtaining certain basic firearms. They basically don’t respond to permit requests, period.
