nobody can deny that the US have a violence problem in comparison to other western countries, but its important to keep in mind the extreme crime concentration of certain areas

i dont remember where i saw this (i think here), but it was a compilation of stats, where shitholes like detroit, chicago or baltimore get their categories and it looks totally different for the rest

Most murders happen in urban areas because that's where all the people are. I'd assume most births happen in cities too, as well as most cans of coke, birthday parties, Mcdonalds locations and gun sales.

Here's a hint.

Take anyone of the cities with the higher murder counts. Then look up the murder count for the whole State, where that city is located.
