All true, except.... 5 states out of 50, swing states mind you, states on the eastern side of the country (where the voting starts earlier), states where Biden was far behind... all got tired, etc... way early.

swing states count longer more than twice as long, stronghold states reach the threshold where the remaining votes are smaller than the remaining gap far quicker. and once they reach that they count a small bit more to avoid doing a recount. any swing state has to by law do a recount.

and the batches counted late were mail, as polls closed and workers transitioned from helping voters to counting remaining batches of mail votes, which biden had far more of, because trump told people not to vote by mail, in a covid year lol.
