the article draws the very obvious conclusions about what her play with the candidacy is, which i agree with - but in addition to correctly describing her as opportunistic, ambitious, and calculating, the author also tries to paint her as unqualified, talent-less, unaccomplished, and dumb - which is laughable, espescially if you compare her with who else is expected to run.
i wouldn't be surprised if you agreed with the author about her not being sufficiently committed to embracing the far right crazies, which make up a significant portion of the republican voter base these days, but looking at some of her comments and the policies she supports, i would say that concern is unfounded - even though there will obviously be even more extreme candidates in the republican field. and again, the bitter old man misogyny is palpable...
