Mindfulness is actually number 1 in the Ten Commandments.

The first commandment is to love God with all of your heart

what does that mean? Mindfulness is really what it means - it means to be aware in the present. There is good literature as well as youtube videos on this!

Read all of St Augustine's work, and all of St. Aquinas' work. Proof of God is absolutely clear in these works which are 1,600 years old (Augustine) and ~1000 years old (Aquinas)

I know you won't though.

You can also read the works of any other theologian, but again I know you won't.

You can't even cite a single manuscript discussing the "Flying Spaghetti Monster" and the theology behind it.
