This is a case that is about a parents rights where the plaintiff doesn’t even have standing. There is nothing that will come of this if it hasn’t already been thrown out.

His children haven’t even tried to use the services, he probably just had enough money to do the lawsuit. He isn’t forcing his children to do anything besides understand his morals, which is what a parent’s job is whether you agree or not.

Sir. Politely. I am assuming this is a conversation between adults. If you are unaware that many minors have sex lives you are completely and utterly clueless on this issue... There's 8 billion people on the planet and we can do simple math based upon people's birth days to figure out that there's actually a huge amount of people (usually this starts around 16) then clearly had sex as a minor because they are a parent that has children that have been documented through the birth certificate system.

It is a lawsuit brought by conservative activists. I'm confident that the people involved will admit that after they get their "court win" like they usually do. There is a big trend by conservatives to use the judicial system to attack the law. Again, nothing new here.



Oh I've been to Texas and I'm 100% sure it's happening somewhere in that state... You can pretend like the people there are angels all you want, but the white "Christians" I saw there made a regular habit of breaking every law they didn't like.

The contraception argument is not really about contraception.

When pro abortion and debauchery supporters say the right wants to “ban contraceptives” they are referring to morning after pills. Nobody ever says that because that doesn’t make people sound like religious freaks. The argument is solely about drugs designed to end a pregnancy after conception. If you believe conception is where life begins, there is a huge problem here.
