Okay well to me, if two people who visually appear to be men, judging by things like their body type and facial hair, are sitting there making out with each other, I would personally consider them to be a homosexual couple. I'm a little bit confused as to why you would think that there's a possibility that they are secretly a heterosexual couple.

Truthfully, gender is not fluid. If an individual waits too long to take hormone therapy, they will mature and have some of both sexual traits in their visual appearance.
