Doesn't matter anymore since Republicans will take the House, so Biden won't be able to pass any big legislation of the type where Manchin would have been the crucial vote against.
After 2024, Manchin is gone, either because he retired or because he lost reelection. Remember: he only hung on by a margin of 3% back in 2018 because he was running in a D+8.6 non-presidential year against a C-list challenger. The only scenario in which 2024 could be a D+8.6 year or more is if Trump is on the ballot again, but in that scenario, Manchin is gone too since WV is the epitome of "Trump country."
Manchin has served his purpose and capped of his political career by being the king of the Senate for two years. But going forward, he'll be rather irrelevant.
