I don’t think violent felons should have access to firearms. The guy in the second picture should have been in jail for life after he shot his wife the first time, releasing him was the bigger mistake in my opinion. But in a country where most firearms aren’t accounted for it’s easy to say "take his guns away" - it’s an entirely different thing to actually do it.
Back to the original question, what change would you implement to have the best impact on gun violence and how would you do it? I’m asking for your opinion, not endless Twitter posts from randos.
