Obviously not.

The courts in America have become pretty insane. They uphold things like the right of the police to seize your money and never give it back unless you sue them. They uphold the idea that you don't have a clearly enumerated constitutional right for police not to personallity steal and keep your posessions.

It's pretty ridiculous.

This is the most open and shut case of constitutionally protected speech you can get. Oh boo hoo the people in power making decisions are getting protested at.
