Pretty dumb stance to take. Christians didn't think life began at conception until microscopes were invented and even then it wasn't a big deal among Christians until modern times.

Thomas Aquinas didn't think a fetus had a soul until at least 16 weeks.

This idea that the Christian God hates abortion is a fiction born from the modern conservative need to rally a voting base.

Neither did the scientific community until technology allowed us to find unique dna at the point of fertilization. But ya know, science isn’t always on your side…

Why does "unique DNA" matter? I can think of lots of systems with "unique DNA" that we don't consider people.

Just to shortcut this whole conversation, I know more about this subject from a scientific standpoint than you. Full stop. Kind of happens when your day job is biology.

Unique dna = new life form. That is why it matters.

You claim to be so smart but when it comes to analyzing real basic arguments you feign ignorance.

Every sperm and egg cell has a unique set of chromosomes due to genetic crossover. Doesn't make it special.

How do you say something is "unique DNA"

If I make a single mutation, that's unique DNA isn't it?

What if I insert a gene into a sperm cell's chromosomes. Is that unique DNA?

I'm asking these questions genuinely, because I can think of dozens of systems with "unique DNA" so without a more specific definition your argument doesn't make sense.

"it only matters if they die" - the right on restriction to abortion access.

"reeeeeeeeeee" - the right, when someone get's shortness of breath as a side effect of a covid vaccine they voluntarily took.
