Same with Northern Quebec this year. They're missing like 90 teachers, all over 100k salaries.

I guess the root of the problem isn't the pay, it's that teachers simply don't want to do their jobs. That's when you fire them all and spend the school budget paying parents 100k a year to teach their kids correctly. Also, buy each kid all the technology they need. Remove the middle-man.
