France gets more tourists than the UK does. In 2019 France got 90 million and the UK got 40.9 million.

Unless there's a really compelling ROI for specifically the royal family, like that far outstrips other comparable countries, then that's not a strong argument.

good video, i just dont think the idea of confiscation of the entire royal holdings on the grounds of "its not yours because you inherited it" is going to fly. even if it did doesnt that call into question all inheritance? how many middle class UK citizens will like the idea of their parents wealth no longer being passed down? or does it only depend on violence used to attain such wealth, and how can u define that legally? is it even a matter for courts to decide? im not familiar with UK court system.

france gets more apples, UK gets less oranges. i dont see how those numbers prove monarchy draw for tourism. france has a massive bike race, france has paris, france has a lot of things not related to the monarchy that draw tourists.
