I think you didn't get the report. They were ringing the door bells then stabbing unsuspecting people. How else do you think stabbing 25 people without backlash is possible. There is no need for a gun. If you had a gun at your doorstep and opened the door you'd still be stabbed. And to go further, imagine them having guns or rifles. They would've massacred even more people. Keep your guns and gun violence in the US. It works very well over there, not.

Good example of where these smart outdoor cameras would help. Could literally inspect who is at your door past the gate and no trespass signs in two light spectrum. Can talk through the cameras too, no need to open.

Anyways, reports late last night said it was family/friends and a few randoms.

I open my door with my shoulder pushed to it. Not really for fear of anything outside, but to keep my dogs from getting at whoever's there. Wouldn't stop me from being shot, but knifed? Not happening.
