It's not a race issue though and that's the angle being pitched. Violence and crime have existed since the dawn of time in the serf class. Economic status has largely dictated stability and its certainly has not been that long ago when examining the full length of known human history that Eurasian people exploited and colonized in the masses which exponentially grew their own economic status and that in turn results in exponential progress in other areas.

To your question, of course some do. Would that just not be natural? Its not that long ago a race completely dictated your entire life, your ability to vote, where your housing was going to be, which fountain you could drink from. Do the aboriginal people still hate the Canadian Gov't for completely uprooting their families and grouping them, and breaking their families apart disbursing them to different towns into social housing.
