So funny how people who have never even watched Infowars or had no idea who Alex Jones was up until an onslaught of bad publicity over the last week or so made it purvey to them.
I was a regular watcher of Infowars during the time frame of the Sandy Hook shooting and never once did Alex Jones say, "The shooting was 100 percent staged". He entertained the idea that it could be and had guests on his show who discussed it with him.
He admitted he was wrong 1000x times and apologized to the families repeatedly but the main reason they are suing him was because they said he profited in the 10's / 100's of millions off their "dead children". Yet he covered the shooting for as long as it was in mainstream media and what's ironic is that the people who attack Alex Jones always and only bring up his "comments" protected by the 1st amendment relating to Sandy Hook. The families won't sue the publications who continue to publish article after article of, "Alex Jones believes the Sandy Hook shooting was staged". So as much as Alex Jones and Infowars bare responsibility for the emotional damages the families felt the idea that the 1000's of hate articles towards Alex Jones weren't fanning the flames of those families emotional distress is oxymoronic.
Alex Jones stopped talking about it and yet it got brought up repeatedly by other publications who DID profit off it.
Btw Alex Jones couldn't even defend himself in court he was guilty before the trial started it was only a matter of how guilty. It's a show trial and it violates Alex's rights as much as anyone elses.
I honestly think people who believe Alex Jones is the reason those families are suffering are delusional. Alex Jones didn't kill their kids he just covered what happened. One of the families lawyers didn't even know the name of the shooter/murderer @ Sandy Hook because they are just trying to paint Alex Jones as a scumbag who purposely covered Sandy Hook for a profit which is asinine.
Gotta love the Alex Jones haters though they don't know anything about him and create false narratives that aren't true to try and make him look bad.
