They are going to case my home for a few weeks in a heavily dense area for something that's worth less than a grand? The homeless people begging on the streets will make more than that in that same time period...

Supposedly there are lawsuits being filed, still waiting to hear if any of them succeed.

I am with you 100%. I try very hard to understand the other side of view and validate my positions by discussing things with those who disagree. The only responses I have gotten here for the most part are responses such as here https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=95680738&f=119 . It is as if people come to political discussion forums to degrade the other side and high five each other for being useless assholes.

Initially it was disclosed to the public as 'only LA' 'only CCW', so most news sources regurgitated that information.
Later some new sources reported on it correctly that it was multiple things all related to firearm permit/certificate personal information.

I don't believe the individual firearms were identified. Just "firearms can be found XXXX." Some enterprising criminal goes and puts up a trail cam on your house, learns your routine, collects l00t.
