Probably not, because most people aren't tolerant or consistent. But absolutely, it would be protected under the 1st Amendment.

It'd be hypocritical of you to be upset of a Muslim teacher in America leading prayer now that SCOTUS wrote this decision.

Not saying or implying you were - but I'm certainly content with the decision that gives power to non-Christian religions in America.

i simply inquired if it was a school and what country. you said you lied about it so its a non issue now.
anyway what was the decision they wrote? does it back up your fuzzy strawman?
