This months inflation report is in

8.6% YTY
Highest number since 1981, surging past estimates and accelerating. Non-food/energy rose 6%. Energy rose 34.6% YTY, including 3.9% the last month alone. Food rose 10.1% YTY. Real wages down 3% YTY.

I was hoping this would drop lower than 8.3%, well. It seems like we're ending 2022 with high inflation. Only raising wages can save us.

The government should subsidize 15% bonus after-tax wages for all working Americans with single income up $500k or household $1m and pay for it by printing several tens of trillions to add to our money supply.
