There is simply not enough gas to completely get rid of russian gas this year in Europe.
USA promised some ships, but its not enough.
Yes, that was silly that European politicians made their countries so dependant on Russia gas.
Germans even let Russian empty Germany gas reserves just before the war, to increase the pressure.
It was all a total stupidity, but well, we cant move back in time.
