I was deployed with a Trans who didn't seem like that bad of a person. It was a girl transitioning to a man. She was married to a woman. I think she was just a confused lesbian who might have some issues. I got along with her just fine and never had any real problems although I definitely didn't flaunt my political beliefs either.

I will be the first to say I am far from perfect and have plenty of issues as well. It just seems like when you lie to kids when a pet dies and say it ran away or went to a farm. Sugarcoating and issue to hide from reality.

To get this post back on topic it goes back to the origin of gay rights. Their big argument was to stay out of the bedroom. Now they want children to know what goes on in the bedroom. Your views on sex are heavily christian influenced is the point i was making. Literally no one besides the churches built up sex stigmas and shame around it. Sex outside of baby making being bad/perverse is heavy pushed at us through our entire lives even before we knew or cared what sex was.

In reality we can do and be what when it comes to sex and nothing in nature or science can show it to be wrong.
