It's ironic you say that because Lavrov is actually a world-class diplomat. He makes every single US and even European diplomat look like a joke in comparison.

I know they're lying from the headline. Falsely accusing an invading force - or the soldiers of a country we want to invade - of mass rape is practically a propaganda tradition for the US.

They did the same thing in Libya to justify the no fly zone that resulted in tens of thousands of dead Libyans and handed control over the nation's major cities to Al-Qaeda.
