Gutter oil is made by extracting the oil via boiling rotten animal carcuss, feces, urine, blood, diseases, fungus, toxic waste, drugs, basically everything imaginable from a grey sewer sludge.
Some of it gets sent to US it is alleged that 10% of all their oil is gutter but in actuality it would be much higher due to lack of inspection.
the ones who get caught are due to crude processes by which people smell the volatile stench from miles away.
The magic trick is how they get it to look like/smell similar to standardized l oil despite the starting processes.
