Its not that I HAVE to say "Oh my god" to feel good, its just that its a term that is burnt into people's language. Its a phrase you are raised with just like hundreds of others. You just use it, its a habit.
Those phrases are not nearly as important as you may think they are. They dont imply any conscious or subconscious believe. I dont know how you came to the conclusion that they do.

e- oh my god is a religious phrase. If one did not believe in god, they would not use it.
